Keyline – 106 Semi-Automatic Duplicator Key Cutting Machine

Basic Functions

• Enhanced Operator Visibility A built-in neon work light and magnifying lens provide clear visibility of the cutting area, supporting precision work in varying lighting environments.
• Secure Key Clamping The machine features four-sided universal vises, allowing for secure and versatile clamping of a wide range of key types and blank profiles, ensuring stability during the cutting process.
• Deburring and Finishing An integrated Tynex deburring brush is operated independently via a dedicated switch, allowing the user to efficiently clean and smooth key edges post-duplication. This results in a professional-grade finish with no sharp edges.
• Tracing and Profiling Equipped with a calibrated tracer point, the machine replicates the original key’s profile with high fidelity. This allows for exact duplication in terms of spacing and cutting depth, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
• Semi-Automatic Cutting Mechanism The machine incorporates a semi-automatic carriage movement, activated via a spring-loaded control lever. This design ensures smooth, controlled cutter engagement, enhancing precision while reducing operator fatigue.
• Key Duplication Designed to duplicate edge-cut keys (also referred to as flat or single/double-sided keys), the B106 ensures accurate replication of key profiles for residential, commercial, and automotive applications.
